One of the nation's largest student loan lenders, ASAP/Union
Bank & Trust, disbursed the first student loan guaranteed under
NSLP's blanket certificate of guaranty. NSLP is the first student
loan guaranty agency authorized to issue blanket guaranty authority
to lenders.

NSLP is the first student loan guaranty agency in the nation to
simply student loan delivery for student, schools and lenders by
issuing blanket certificates of guaranty. The new approach
allows schools and students to work directly with the lender to
speed delivery of loan funds.
